Important to read before booking
Villa Ignacia is an ideal place to come and spend a few days with your pet if you are looking for a rural house or hotel in Ronda, surrounded by nature, where both you and your four-legged friend will have many places to enjoy and relax.
It is likely that other guests will be staying during your stay, perhaps also with their pets. Therefore, it is very important to strictly follow some basic rules that pets and their humans must follow to guarantee a good experience for everyone.
If, as expected, you understand the rules as basic, and you have no problem complying with them, you will be welcome when you decide to stay with us.
If, on the other hand, you honestly think that it is going to be difficult for you and your pet to comply, we are honestly sorry to tell you that Villa Ignacia is not the place you are looking to stay with your pet.
The acceptance of the reservation with a pet is always subject to the criteria of the management, it is always on request, NOT in double standard rooms, and only 1 pet per room.
Please read the following mandatory rules carefully:
1. Pets on Leash
All pets must be leashed in common areas.
2. Never alone without attention
Pets cannot in any case be left alone in the rooms, or without attention in any room of the accommodation.
3. Pee Cleaning
Guests must bring a bottle of water with vinegar, and clean immediately with it when their pet pees anywhere in the enclosure.
4. Poop Cleaning
Pet owners must immediately collect their pet's poops in a closed bag and throw it in any of the bins available in the enclosure.
5. Accommodation furniture
Pets are not allowed to get on beds, sofas, chairs, tables, etc., nor to use cushions, blankets, sheets, mattresses or any other textile property of the accommodation.
6. Noises
The pet owner will prevent the barking, crying or any other noise of the pet from disturbing the rest and peace of Villa Ignacia. Keep in mind that Villa Ignacia is above all a place to rest and relax.
7. Damages
The owner of the pet will be responsible for any damage that the pet causes in the establishment.
8. Deposit
The pet can be accommodated for FREE, but a retention of € 150 will be made on your card upon arrival, as a DEPOSIT, which will be returned automatically within 7 days, as long as none of the requirements have been breached. standards described above.
9. Non-compliance charges
In case of breach of any rule, a minimum of € 50 will be deducted from that deposit for extra cleaning expenses or a fine for breach of rules, up to the total of € 150, without waiving possible future claims in the event that damages exceed € 150.
The rules are basic, but they are strictly enforced.
Our sincere intention is never to have to proceed with any amount, which will mean that both your experience as guests and ours as hosts will have been satisfactory.
