Due to this pandemic, we are suffering a large number of cancellation requests, and we have had to take extraordinary measures that we are aware will not be to the liking of our future guests, but we have had to take them to face the recovery of our company in the best possible way. possible way finding an intermediate point so that the damages when all this ends are the minor possible in both parts.
If your reservation is Flexible, the indicated cancellation policy applies, so if you are still in the cancellation period without charges, no charges will be applied as usual, and if your free cancellation period has ended, this reservation will be treated. as Non Refundable.
If your reservation is Non Refundable, and your entry date coincides with the Alarm State in Spain (03-14-2020 to 04-26-2020) you can request a personalized discount code for the value of your reservation, to be exchanged at the period of 1 year (365 days) from your expected date of entry. For example, if you have a reservation for April 1, 2020 through April 3, 2020, you can use your discount code until April 3, 2021.
This policy applies to all reservations for our accommodation regardless of the means by which it has been formalized, so we cannot be held responsible for the force majeure policy that other agencies are applying.
Please note that in no case will refund of non-refundable or free cancellation reservations be made outside the free cancellation period. Non Refundable means that the money is not returned in any case, so our way of helping the guest in these moments of uncertainty is by allowing them to modify the dates of a reservation that is not modifiable.
