Due to the health crisis caused by Covid19 we have had to take some extraordinary measures that will somehow affect your stay at Villa Ignacia.
Whenever possible, check-in should be done online.
The use of hand sanitizing gel and mask is mandatory on arrival. In the case of not having it, it will be provided.
We ask you to maintain a safety distance with our staff of at least 2 meters.
The common areas such as the main hall and pool will be temporarily closed to the public.
The breakfasts of the apartments will be served in the room itself.
The breakfasts in the rooms will be served on the terrace, always seeking a distance of 2 meters between tables.
The staff may not enter the rooms while the guest is inside, except in an emergency.
The use of the mask is mandatory in outdoor common areas in the event that the safety distance of 2 meters cannot be met.
In the event that during your stay you have any symptoms compatible with Coronavirus, such as cough, fever or difficulty breathing, please let us know as soon as possible. If these symptoms appear before your arrival at the accommodation, please contact us to defer your reservation.
The staff is especially committed to carrying out thorough disinfection cleaning of both the rooms and the furniture and surface that will be in contact with people, so that guests can enjoy a safe stay.
