The card is only as a guarantee of payment. Nothing is charged on your card unless you choose the NON REFUNDABLE option when making your reservation. The NON REFUNDABLE is cheaper but implies the immediate charge of 100% of your reservation at the time of formalizing it and without the right to refund. Therefore, this non-reimbursable option is recommended only if you are sure it will come.

No. And that is why it is essential to arrange a time of arrival to check-in.

For arrivals outside the previously agreed time a surcharge of € 30 will be charged without prior notice.

Our check-in time is from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., although your room may be ready before, call us to check it.

Until 11:30 am. If you want to extend your departure time, you need to contact the staff to see the possibility.

You can check-in from 7:30 p.m. with a surcharge of € 30. From 22:00 onwards you must check-in online before arrival, and you will be given instructions to access the hotel when you contact in advance (essential to contact in advance)

In the hotel grounds we have parking spaces, upon your arrival you will be informed according to whether you have an apartment or a reserved room.

You can check-in when you arrive and leave your bags in the office. This service is free.

Absolutely not. All our facilities are smoke free and this prohibition must be respected.
The breach of this prohibition will be the exclusive responsibility of the offender, and will empower the hotel management to demand from the administrative and jurisdictional bodies of any order the observance and compliance with the provisions of Law 42/2010 (infractions will be sanctioned with a fine of 30 to 600 euros).
Independently of the sanctions established in the current regulations, in the event that a client smokes inside a room, he must pay an amount of 100 euros for extra cleaning in order to restore the room to its “smoke free” condition.

There is no limit time to swim in the pool as long as you do not bother other guests respecting the silence after 23:00.

If your reservation is Flexible, you can cancel up to 15 days before your arrival at no cost.

We have a strict policy regarding non-refundable rates that does not allow any modification or cancellation.

We recommend hiring a travel insurance that can cover the costs of your reservation for a possible cancellation due to emergencies and / or medical problems, as well as for reasons attributable to third parties: strike of aviation personnel, interruptions in train services and / or bus, loss of luggage, etc.
